Massage therapy treats the muscles, fascia, lymph and circulatory systems directly; however, it has a profound effect on the mind and nervous system and is therefore an excellent modality for self care and rejuvenation.
My Approach:
East meets west! I blend Swedish Massage techniques with ancient Ayurveda practices. My treatment is client-focussed; I aim to have the client feel heard, made comfortable and feel a sense of wellbeing and rejuvenation.
